·        Presentation: The candidate will learn how to be on time, dress properly for interviews and work atmosphere.

·        Planning: The candidate will learn how to look for employment.

·        Employment: The association will reach out to all Passaic County area business and advertise about our kids.

·        Administration: The association will monitor the employment, maintain reports, and keep track of our candidates lateness and job performance.

·        Follow-Up: The association will conduct weekly work site visits on our candidates.

·        Skill Training: The association will find training programs for unskilled youths in many fields such as health, food preparation, and computers.
